We enjoyed staff and location, they were fine. Its original decor with an excellent view was a nice surprise. Lovely interior, great restaurant. Working of Wi-Fi in all rooms was OK.

Paid gbp 13 per 24 hours to access the net, but Wi-Fi was rather slow.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast and friendly people. Hotel's valet is one of the top employees! There's good choice of restaurants to choose from, like Carluccios, set within 5 minutes walk or so.

the staff was helpful, breakfast was good. the room was good sized. the fitzwilliam museum and other tourist destinations were at a small distance. good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like the regal that was only 15 minutes' walk away.
